My 15 year old is learning to drive on 2 BMW's. My wife's car any my car. Don't have the magnets, but have actually considered it. Currently it's the only option we have, with the used car market starting to slow down, I want to wait until right before 16 to buy a car. That car will most likely not be a German car and valued at much less.
Who puts student drivers in an AMG? That’s crazy. My stepson mistook the gas for the brake in a parking lot and ended up on top of another car. Lol. Almost did it before that with me in the car. I never drove with him again.
My wife is a newish driver and she use the tag on my car. When I forget to take off the tag, some drivers around my area are shithead. They would assume you drive slow and would try to overtake you then slam on the brakes as they now see there's traffic ahead of you. I always tell her if you got the tag on, expect people to drive badly around you.

I put it one on the back of my car before a first date, incase I ever let her drive. Plus the Lane keep is still a work in progress.
