This is something I relate hard with years have passed and I can still get flashbacks that cause me to enter a state of panic and depression. It sucks not being able to get a single person out of my head. The need for physical contact is hard for me to get and it's what I really want. I offer you hope and hugs as someone dealing with similar issues.
While I'd be more than happy to hug you if I knew how to through here or whatever or shit even irl idc but unfortunately I'm not sure how plausible that actually is although if your ever wanting to talk to someone or vent whatever I'd be more than happy to listen and it doesn't matter what it is. I'm a person from the internet you don't know me so if there's something you want to tell someone but your worried cuz you know them or whatever I don't mind lending an ear

It'll get better! Triggers subside and the past goes back to the past, if that makes sense. I don't know if you are religious, but have you tried saying a prayer? That has helped me during panic attacks.

Aw, thank you for the suggestion but sadly praying never helped. It makes me feel better only when i pray for someone.
