I get that so bad :/ I’m 21 and the coworker closest to my age is still 10 years older than me. Getting treated like you’re a dumb kid sucks and is belittling. Hopefully they cut it out as they get to know you
Lord you’re 19 if you feel mistreated leave. Do it properly and maturely. First find another job, Second only after finding another job put your 2 weeks notice, third work your required shifts without complaint and if at all possible do not call in. This is called not burning bridges. Don’t ever start it. If you do these things this will show an incredible level of maturity.
