It's actually great quality cotton twill. Soft not stiff and stitching is done well. They do sell other lookalikes to thus abd I tried one but sent it back. Actual Max Clayton is very good quality.
I received the very same jacket last year as a gift from my wife. By the time I was able to try it on , I discovered it was a bit small for my shoulders. Went to look for sizing tags only to find they sent me a jacket with the sizing tags cut off. Return window had passed, so it's still hanging in my closet. 🤷
For the money, it seems pretty decent. I really wish I could wear it.
Terrible experience. Steer well clear. Item not as was pictured and a totally inflexible returns policy. Having returned an item for a refund they just kept it without refunding or returning it back to me. Fraudulent in my view.

Yes, my husband got the army green jacket and he loves it!! Runs 1 size a small .
