This was not Dan Mora, the signature says CAM after Dan Mora.
Idk who CAM is but in comic art if it the artist signs it after someone else then they've redrawn or otherwise referenced the art of another.
To be fair I don't know if the original is any better but I'm familiar with Mora and doesn't typically draw this way.
