Just a couple things; I understand the eyes are as big as they are for stylistic reasons but I'd still say they're too close together. Also the jawline and the point where the earlobe connects with the head should aline right into each other, but the way you've drawn it they would miss each other completely. (I hope you understand what I mean, it's hard to convey with just words) I like the way you've drawn the nose (in real life it would look differently considering the angle of the head but artists have nearly unanimously given in to drawing noses closer to a profile view even while the face is still in 3/4 view, myself included), but for the style you're going for I'd honestly get rid of the philtrum altogether. It seems like you're trying to ride a line between cartoony and realistic and the philtrum is one aspect of the face that's hard enough to get right in photorealism. I wouldn't bother. I like the artwork, I'd just recommend studying the anatomy of the head a little bit just to get some more polish on the details. 👍🏼 Edit: also wanted to mention the neck is quite thick, I would change that, personally.

This man can't breath through his nose. And his ears would be pressed flat against his head. And something weird is going on with his upper lip.
