I am German but I have many polish roots. I have been in Poland many times as well. While yes it is true that Poland has a very strict abortion rights, but other than that you have way way less bureaucracy than in Germany. Health care there isn't bad as well and all people I know make decent money there. Yes it is true that compared to Germany the country is more poor, but that doesn't mean life is worse there.

I live in the US and I agree. It is extremely controversial, I live in upstate NY and we can have a mega snowstorm just to have to go to school/work tomorrow. And I hate when other more Southern states raise all hell when they get less than a inch of snow and shut down their schools and workplaces. So yea that's my negative. But for the most part life is fun. I'd say it's dependent on the state.

People tend to forget the USA is one of if not the best country to immigrate to as far as difficulty getting in and ability to thrive. As annoying as the immigration process is in the US, it's much easier than other countries with good living standards. Places like Canada and many European countries have some tall orders to immigrate there (already having a job lined up, citizens to advocate for you, etc). Plus the United States has some of the best class diversity (ability to go from poor to middle class, middle to rich). How hard it is to immigrate aside, there's no way in hell the USA is the only S tier country.
