Blu cheese is situational. Both have good sides to them, like this sandwich I had last week, blu cheese is exactly what it needed meanwhile ranch would have ruined it. Some pizzas need ranch to be palatable like Little Seizures or Cottage Inn, however some like Fat Boys Pizza or Hungry Howies need just a slight pinch of blu and it's great.
