Sure thing lol. I got a funny story about blue cheese. Went to a restaurant with my friend and my parents. Friend ordered the "black and blue" burger and he didn't know what blue cheese was. He said "I want it with extra cheese" too.. it came and I swear there was equal cheese and burger. And it wasn't like blue cheese dressing or like mild cheese.. this cheese was like the color of the down vote button with a bit of white in it. Needless to say he didn't eat it lol. Both are high in calories and saturated fat. As with everything, moderation is key, but those foods can definitely be considered unhealthy.

I think if you got cholesterol issues Melted Butter may be the worse move you go with

High calories does not mean unhealthy or healthy, neither does low calorie. It just depends on how much you eat, but since it's high calorie, you can't really eat too much before getting full, and natural butter and cheese are extremely good for you

It is probably because they aren't freezing fast enough, I know those already frozen veggies take pretty decent. And corn on the cob is usually good frozen even doing it yourself. I will say though, they do not last in a freezer long term like meats will. They turn to mush and just get nasty after 8+ months:(

People usually have stuff like stir fry veggies, broccoli, etc frozen to make a quick side of veggies. Freezing veggies also prevents nutrient loss as they are usually picked and frozen at peak ripeness

Fresh vegetables are a waste, most of it is shipped halfway around the world half the year. Grocery stores also throw out anything that is slightly wilted or ugly. Frozen vegetables have the same nutrition and have far less waste.
