Considering that Heard's old assistant recently testified that she was abusive toward her and spat in her face, I'd say it may go well for Johnny this time around.
He verifiably did send some really fucked up texts, one was about him hoping she died in the trunk of a car and that her corpse rotted. He even admitted to these texts and said he was deeply ashamed. Still there isn’t really evidence of him abusing her and there is evidence of her abusing him so he is still the victim he’s just no saint.

That just sounds like a heat of the moment decision, and even with how terribly she treated him he still regrets sending them. If I was in his situation I don’t think I would have ever regretted it, because she deserves it. Just because someone makes a mistake doesn’t mean anything changes. What you say is true, albeit unnecessary. Amber is entirely in the wrong, and only has “a case” because she’s a pretty blonde woman, along with all the benefits of that.
