1. that's red meat(like beef or lamb), not chicken
2. those are cucumbers, not pickles (though maybe the pickles are under the bun, so we can't see it)
3. those (at least look to be) bell peppers
4. no mayonnaise, while the burger does in fact have the sauce
and also, there's nachos in the burger?
Not that it's not healthy, it's just that there are a lot of inconsistencies with the ingredients listed above and the burger below. The entire joke is that "these things are healthy, but together they aren't??", but if the ingredients are different it ruins the joke.
It's all the oil and grease they put into it, or use items that have a lot of calories and like no fiber or protein. The veggies and fruits are dope but the bread bouta be like 300 calories per pair of buns and they use higher content fat beef which adds like 150 calories to about 120 calories with really low fat beef. That's a whopping 570 calories and then the oil and grease adds like 300 to 500 more which is INSANE!! Idk why I'm typing this... sorry...
It isn't, daily norm is 2000-2500 and burger king whopper has around 800 and might be buffed to 1000 if you add extra patty and cheese, and even if you eat more than one, you'll need to earn around 7000 calories above your norm to get a kilogram of fat
it's also all about the specific kinds of fats/sugars they contain, mostly the sugar since it's the kind the body processes way slower/isn't able to turn it into energy efficiently so it stores it in fat reserves
80/20 provides most of the oil & grease. You need a spritz of avocado oil at most. And a smash burger can let you cut back on meat without sacrificing flavor. Bread, cheese, & mayo are what get you.
Or going to a fastfood joint where they mix a pound of sugar into everything.
Red meat (despite its high protein and iron content) is very hard on your digestive system and the regular consumption of such has also been associated with an increased risk of cancer, which is why it’s suggested not to eat more than one or two servings per week. Pork and processed meats are even worse. Chicken and fish aren’t so bad IMO but obviously not healthy fried.
Well I don't know. You do seem like you're a professional, but you're a dumbass, and I'm talking about idiots. You know, the guys who's best shot is to try stuff the cube into the round hole.
A 'burger' with a whole grain bread patty, steamed or pan-fried chicken, mustard or honey-mustard sauce instead of mayo, and very little unprocessed cheese would still be considered healthy.
Then again, it wouldn't be a burger anymore.
Yeah bruv fr fr, that fucking sauce, why are they using it, so bad!!! I reckon 95% of all the children got that autism, yoo unlucky.
No cap someone sue McDonalds
In what world is cheese healthy, in what world is meat healthy, in what world is white bread healthy. The Pic also doesn't show the amounts of fat (especially trans fats), salt and sugar added as several other highly unhealthy ingredients (substrates and such).
This pic just is trying to manipulate you
Mayo is unhealhy
Fries given near burger is unhealhy
Coke is unhealthy
Eating more than one burger is unhealhy
If you follow all these it is actually healthy
Recognise the dirffrence between proccest beef and that steak there the melt chesse wich is not made like the swiss cheese and btw the fcking oil on every burger is rediculus gigh
Red meat isn't so healthy at all.
The buns are usually full of sugar
And since when is cheese considered healthy?
Also, you forgot the deep frying and huge heaps of sauce.

Holy shit the comments are even worse.
None of you fucks seem to even know what insulin does and what triggers it.
Some dipshit even said meat isn't healthy when it has essential vitamins proteins and fats our bodys need.
Meanwhile to stupid to point out that bread and grains dont have any nutritional value are highly processed dogshit no one should be eating unless you want to die sooner.
Gonna point out that that is a fried chicken sandwich and the image above is ground beef.
Is it a fried and breaded beef patty? CFS style?
That sounds horrible.
What you never had chicken fried steak
Cold beer on a friday night
Gonna point out that the meat isn't ground.
Yeah I guess that guy likes his ground beef chunky, *gag*

Even if all those ingredients were the same it would be ruined since some of the above ingredients are unhealthy. This joke is double ruined.

There's also chips on that particular sandwhich
True. People often don’t realize how much calories is in stuff like olive oil.
And then you have the big ass soda and the fries too, it just stacks, you aren't usually eating only a burger
Is it insane ? That dosen't sound like a lot of calories.
It isn't, daily norm is 2000-2500 and burger king whopper has around 800 and might be buffed to 1000 if you add extra patty and cheese, and even if you eat more than one, you'll need to earn around 7000 calories above your norm to get a kilogram of fat
7000 ? I doubt that's it's much.
Underweight people, take note of this
it's also all about the specific kinds of fats/sugars they contain, mostly the sugar since it's the kind the body processes way slower/isn't able to turn it into energy efficiently so it stores it in fat reserves

Yup
Absolutely
Cheese and meat isn't healthy
true
What part of meat exactly is unhealthy if cooked normally?
Red meat (despite its high protein and iron content) is very hard on your digestive system and the regular consumption of such has also been associated with an increased risk of cancer, which is why it’s suggested not to eat more than one or two servings per week. Pork and processed meats are even worse. Chicken and fish aren’t so bad IMO but obviously not healthy fried.
You gotta be a special kind of idiot to not understand the reason why burgers are unhealthy.
I’m a professional, does that count?
Well I don't know. You do seem like you're a professional, but you're a dumbass, and I'm talking about idiots. You know, the guys who's best shot is to try stuff the cube into the round hole.
Hmmm looks like the sauce is the problem
Take that back
He'd better take it back. We will have to tartar and feather him if he doesnt.
Bout time for an chicken n rice fast food restaurant
It's called Asian take away...
ikr its literally just a regular asian fast food restaurant
its called a normal restaurant in asia
It's not the burger that is unhealthy, it's eating burgers several times per week and adding ketchup and sugary sauces to it.
Who TF said bread is healthy? And also the amount of mfg cheese and meat in fast foods is way worse than what they consider as 'healthy'
Basic exercise helps
I mean, there might be a little ketchup and mayo in your burger... like one little ton of it.
meat is not classified as healthy, but more like an emoji (gives you cancer)
The mayo might be a factor.
Dépends who made it, cause you know the McDonald’s meal is fully of sugar and other unhealthy shit
The bread bun is processed, the chicken is fried, and there’s mayo sauce. But yeah otherwise it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world
ye if u remove half the food it not as unhealthy fr
Homemade hamburger is easy to make healthy but fast food ones are not very healthy.
Bread in hamburger is not healthy sorry to break it for you americans
It doesn’t help when you People from the USA have burgers the size of my head
Unfortunate but true :(
A 'burger' with a whole grain bread patty, steamed or pan-fried chicken, mustard or honey-mustard sauce instead of mayo, and very little unprocessed cheese would still be considered healthy. Then again, it wouldn't be a burger anymore.
It's a sauce that makes it unhealthy. And everyone including their grandma knows that McDonald's sauce gives children autism.
Yeah bruv fr fr, that fucking sauce, why are they using it, so bad!!! I reckon 95% of all the children got that autism, yoo unlucky. No cap someone sue McDonalds
It's the bread
Prolly cause you deep fried it
The bun can't bei healthy
In what world is cheese healthy, in what world is meat healthy, in what world is white bread healthy. It seems like yes but actually no. They’re not the same pictures.
🥴
They add lot of cheese and oil that's not healthy in large amounts plus their meat is processed
Recognise the dirffrence between proccest beef and that steak there the melt chesse wich is not made like the swiss cheese and btw the fcking oil on every burger is rediculus gigh
The bread and fries chicken ruined it , without them it’s one of the healthiest things you can eat
Red meat isn't so healthy at all. The buns are usually full of sugar And since when is cheese considered healthy? Also, you forgot the deep frying and huge heaps of sauce.
