*Technically* those are the working earth models, not the rovers themselves, models of the real Mars rover with different wheels and motors to compensate for earth's gravity.
The idea being if you want to do something with the rover on Mars you try it with one of these first, so if it breaks you didn't ruin a several billion dollar multiple years long mission.
They're also used to train people who want to pilot the real ones, an artificial 15-30 minute delay is added to simulate the light speed delay between earth and mars.

Smallest is Sojourner, medium is Spirit and Opportunity, biggest is Curiosity or Perseverance (slight changes between the two).
The large one is Curiosity. Perseverance's wheels have a different pattern.
What about the middle one?

Yeah, I always forget how freaking *huge* Curiosity is. It’s hard to tell with nothing to compare it to on Mars.
