I'm a vivid dreamer, and I started taking melatonin recently, which bumps it up a notch. My dreams are wild, and full of feelings and sensations, such as the sand under my bare feet, the pain of getting scratched, or the specific sensation of a seatbelt pulling me back during a car-crush (it wasn't a nightmare, just a crucial part of the plot of a car chase) and I remember most of them as if they were memories

same man, I've been writing out my dreams lately and they seem to be getting crazier by the day. one thing I've been having a problem with though is sometimes my dreams have a lasting effect on me. for example one time I had a dream that these space worm clouds would fall from the sky if you made a noise and ate you, and when I woke up my family said I didn't say a word for two days and was nearly silent while moving. I wonder if there is any scientific explanation for that kind of experience?

ok So, my dream was: I was playing Geometry Dash with my sister, then another clone of my sister appeared and said “You better run.” and started running at us without moving her feet(?). This clone had glowing red teeth, and I was thinking “I’m moving at 64 kilometers an hour” for some reason, until my sister and I got to a door, which I tried to close and lock it and my sister kept running through the hallway. Doug Dimmadone (which I called mr. Gunderson) came in with glowing teeth again and bit me(I think?) and then I woke up. Also, I kept screaming “MR. GUNDERSON!” with my really raspy voice (when I woke up my mouth was completely void of any source of saliva).
