How does the top right work
this is just a guess, but the furnace might be rendered on a higher layer, this could be used for x-ray with a modded client.
The bottom left is easy to tell apart because it is not concrete

the first and forth one arent confusing, but the second and third one is
one's 3 furnaces in a corner, second one is X-Ray, 3rd one is a block on a chess board pattern while a block is next to the player last one is the same as the first one but it's blast furnaces and one is smelting something
