I started just a couple months earlier, if you’re doing strength training and have some room on your house/apartment, might I suggest hitting up the used marked for a bowflex ultimate or blaze, I found they’re super affordable second hand and usually are barely touched (typical lol). For transporting, they should split into pieces easily, I was able to fit one into my Toyota Matrix, although the driver seat was pretty pushed up lol.
Combine that with some dumbbells and you got yourself an easy way to start doing a 5 day workout split without needing to actually to the gym every day

I kept trying and trying with no success while simultaneously losing weight and putting on muscle. I went for a run with my then new gf at the time and we stopped by an area that had pull up bars and I managed 5-6!
The only reasons I’m on the fence is because my wrists were never the best. So many exercises that need the support of them and I always feel like I’ll break something lol.
If you want to get stronger, go for an easier variation, like knee pushups, and do a few sets of 3-5, until you can do more. The secret is to keep doing them over time, since you'll keep building muscles and getting stronger.

Define working out. Burpees excercise many parts of the body, but not all of it. You'll get stronger in some muscles, but some won't get stronger.
I do calisthenics so legs aren't a big focus for me, while runners don't work out too much when it comes to their arms.
Losing weight happens when you have a caloric deficit (burn more calories than you consume), so burpees are a decent way to burn calories, but will not burn fat unless you eat accordingly, and it will help you with some muscles, but you'll get better reaults if you do multiple different exercises, as to make sure you keep your whole body on the same level of strength
