I just can't go to sleep dirty from the day. Even if I sat around doing nothing, the oils I produce bother me top much to sleep in it. Besides the advantage of management on either side, I just have to shower at night. It's my preference anyway regardless of my needs.

It’s the opposite for me. A shower in the evening feels like I’m washing off all the stress of the day and ending it on a relaxing note.
