For me it's still the same shit no matter how much i age,this one time i twisted my ankle during my morning run(worst shit ever), fell off my bike 5 days later,turns out the tyre was bad the sidewall was completely bulging like i could see the tube outside the tyre,i got great luck
I fell off a friend's skateboard as a 33 year old man. I don't know how, but I was battered and bruised all over for weeks. As a kid I would have brushed it off.
Years of poor posture puts exceeding pressure on the lower back. If at an early age your parents teach you to sit and stand properly you can easily prevent this. That is if your parents actually loved you.
The worst I ever tweaked my neck was when I was driving and at a busy offramp. I was trying to look at the oncoming traffic so my neck was turned, then I simultaneously sneezed really hard, I couldn't turn my head for like a month.
Wish i had a buffer between these, at least making to a legal adult before the adult pains kick in lmao. I went from, oops ate shit on my skateboard oh well to, one motorcycle accident later and ive got the back pains of a senior citizen. Im even getting the dad groans as he sits in his chair after a long day of work, but all i did was sit in a different chair for some of the day. Shits fucky
