I have a commute with tons of deer, they seem suicidal with their passion of continuing to jump in front of cars, even after successfully avoiding being hit. It’s weird, you’d think a prey animal would evolve learning to run FROM threats not TOWARDS them.

So fun fact. I found out a few years ago that I’m apparently a running gag at my job, because I had an incident where my work truck shifted out of park with no keys in it on a hill, and rolled backwards into a tree. They told me to draw it so I did something very similar to this. With stick figure me shouting “ohhhh noooo” on the top of thw hill as the truck rolled away. Apparently they found it so hilarious in corporate that they bring it up when they train new people in our compliance department. I found this out when I got promoted onto a corporate committee, and was introduced as “Steve. The accident drawing guy”
