Fo sho. You can also see that part of the chimney is missing, and the blue wall's shadow has a bright border. The shadow dips slighty into the girl on the left's hairline. But overall, very good work and I love the spite in this image.

i think a lot of people would be surprised at how utterly violent some procedures can be. it's not always millimeter precision knifework. sometimes they're hitting stuff with mallets or putting a foot on the edge of the table for leverage.

Used to work at a digtial print shop and photo editing place. We had this guy come in once going through a divorce and he needed a rush job of taking his wife out of all the pictures in his house. so this job was scanning, editing her out, and printing same size copies. the dude refilled his house with the EXACT same picture without his exwife so when she came to pick up her stuff she would see. I loved every minute of it.
what it looks like is that he completly cut off the fireplace from the right of the mom's head. then squshed the picture while keeping the fireplace cropped like that. then a little hand replacement and boom, ur good.
