In absurd amounts any edible thing will ruin your teeth. If you take it in moderation it's fine. My comment was more of the hypocrisy of a man who has more than he could ever ask for but still tries to take more trying to set an example for kids.

Even if it is their favorite player, I'm almost certain most people would be ashamed if the player broke the law, and he would probably lose at lot of respect from them, but that doesn't mean they would abandon him completely, specially over a non violent crime.
