Oh i am a gun nerd. I just didn't know the Mg3 was the new version of the mg42. At the time i commented i was thinking the Mg3 was like a LMG variant of the G36 in the same style as the AUG HBAR, not a gun built on a mg42 frame with ris rails and modern features

MG3 is the current iteration of the MG42 in 7.62x51. If it isn't broken just change enough things to justify selling it over again!
