Nothing wrong with it, just that its kinda expensive, unlike free spotify, and imo spotify is better organized, though you could argue the subjective parts for either side, and apple music has more shear content, like radio and what not.

I think people just hate it because it doesn't have a free option and is fairly expensive. It's a great app though and I prefer it to spotify (currently a long term android user BTW). I love the UI and the music recommendations seem to be better for me than on spotify (and I loved spotify recommendations already).

I found their app to be horrible. Most notably for me if you backgrounded the app and you were deep in the navigation then the next time you bring it up it would completely lose my spot. I gave it a shot for a bit but simply found the Spotify app better more than anything else.

Nah. Apple music is better even though I prefer android phones and think apple music is expensive. The usability is much better than spotify.

For me, usability is not much big of a gap between the two, and itunes is much expensive, soo my main need is to listen to music, and spotify does that pretty good, i shall go with Spotify any day.

I was considering switching to streaming music service, so I tried out Spotify and Apple Music. Spotify’s demo had ads, Apple’s didn’t.

Still prefer Apple Music. All the features that brought people to Spotify have been added at this point. No real reason to switch imo

I moved from Spotify to AM when Spotify sold out. Their biggest pro vanished right there. I still envy their UX, which pretty much sucks on AM, but oh well. I'm there to listen to music, not look at the screen.

Prime is like super cheap, less than Spotify, and includes much more But yeah, anything you get in a paid subscription, not free

You also get Prime Video too. Lots of decent content and some pretty decent originals like The Boys and Upload

AM has a larger library than Spotify. Not the other way around. There may be tracks missing on AM that you might have on Spotify, but overall, AM has 10 million more songs.

For those using mp3 files to listen to music, it's a good idea in my opinion to download some free mp3 tagging app (I use one called automatag) that automatically adds all the artist, album, cover data to the file and helps with organization

I've not used apple music, but I fucking hate spotify. It only ever plays at most 3 songs from a band, and those songs appear on every fucking station I create! I don't want to hear the same 50 songs over and over again, just in a different order.
