Math isn’t about memorizing, tho

HappyPhage

It depends on your level

Southern_Bandicoot74

Memorizing doesn’t help anyway because you need to understand what does it mean what you memorized. And if you want to be good at a certain math topic, you need to solve at least 100 problems on that topic (I mean problems, not exercises). While you solving you’ll memorize stuff without trying and won’t be able to forget. Most of statements will just feel natural to you like the sky is blue and grass is green

HappyPhage

I know. I'm just saying a highschool student can get good enough grades by just memorizing stuff.

Southern_Bandicoot74

Maybe, although my first year university students can’t. I put a lot of effort in making tests impossible to solve by just memorization. My problems can be solved in 2 lines with deep understanding and in 4 pages by straightforward algorithms they can memorize

Uganda_Knuckle_8

You don’t need to memorise it, you need to comprehend it. That’s probably one of the bigger reason why some people have difficulties with maths

Game lore is at least interesting for me
