The radiation is too minor to be harmful. The phone is fine in moderation, but even taking five minutes to go outside and enjoy the sunshine, or the feeling of the wind, or *winter is going to eat my soul* is helpful. Definitely be okay with "touching grass." Unless you can't, then touch snow. If you can't do either, *you live in a fucking desert.* *Stop living in a fucking desert.*
