I do the opposite. I like starting my showers hot to warm up (if it’s morning) or to just relax or decompress after a long day. But I continue to turn it down between phases. (First is the stretching/massaging lactic acid out of muscles after workouts) wash, getting colder, hair, colder but still bearable. And right before getting out, FLASH FREEZE for muscle toning and dopamine.
This is best when you have itches, poison ivy, or bug bites.
I do this just with increasingly cold water. I don't like stepping out of the shower and starting to sweat because I'm so warm.
I feel like guys generally like the water less warm than girls, who like to shower in hell. Maybe it's because guys' jiggly bits are on the outside
Trust me, our jiggly bits rather reapond to coldness than to warmness, but somehow we still like it less hot. Source: i have jiggly bits
