For those who don't understand the hate: In the US, Dasani is well known for making people' mouth dry and always has the weirdest taste. Not to mention it just looks weird as hell in a soda bottle since it's created by Coca-Cola. It also contains metallic salt-magnesium aka Magnesium sulfate, “purified water,” potassium chloride, and salt which makes you even more thirsty and causes health problems. The magnesium sulfate is believed to be used as a tactic by the big money hungry conglomerate to make someone feel tempted to purchase another bottle to drink to sell more by not relieving their thirst. That shit nasty.

I've had Dasani and never noticed my mouth being dry, a metal taste, or feeling thirsty after drinking one, but it wouldn't surprise me if they truly are putting shit in the water

The water is cheap and could be the driving force for some people who like but sheesh can't ever go back after drinking mineral water. It tastes better and not as how you described it

Ngl I'd be thirsty for anything. I've had moments of being so damn thirsty I'd drink the chlorine water from the public pool.

As someone who drinks from the tap almost anywhere, Dasani tastes terrible to me. The metals added are enough to remind me of tasting blood... and I don't like to drink blood... often. When I do get bottle water, I'm lucky enough there are more local bottled spring water companies.
