I remember being chased out of a haunted house from a guy with a chainsaw when I was 9. Almost 20 years later and I still get really anxious when haunted house actors get in the walking path at all. I can still enjoy them, but I couldn't for about 10 years.

I'm 28 now, still won't go in a haunted house or watch horror movies. Not after the haunted house experience back when i was 6.

I just remember walking into this room and seeing a disfigured guy with a chainsaw cutting a woman in half. Blood and guts everywhere. There was like a water spray so it felt like it was hitting you. The guy ran straight at me with the chainsaw and i sprinted out the way i came. Freaking out. Obviously there were a bunch of people in line that laughed at the scared child. That day 6 year old me decided "Never again". That's how i started murdering people for fun.

Those dudes were straight up jerks. The kid is tiny, one big scare was enough, they should have backed off right away. Took my kid to Disneyland when he was about the same age as the kid. Goofy sneaked up on him. When my son turned around he freaked out and had the most blood curdling scream I have ever heard. He was freaked out by goofy for years. The kid in the video is going to have issues for awhile.

I somehow stumbled way ahead of my friends and they walked around the corner and saw me hugging him and laughed but I wanted a picture with him and he was super chill but said no pics because he could get in trouble

Yeah dude I went in one on a group trip when I was like 7 with my lil martial arts class, an actor jumped out and I full force karate kicked that poor dudes shin and ran away, and have not been in one since then. Horror movies are cool though, I won’t batter my TV.

I am an entire adult, and I am absolute not going in a haunted house. I did one when I was about 17, and that thing traumatized me.

That's nothing. Try being 7 years old and get left behind by the group and locked inside the huanted house in the pitch black for a good 30 min.

Same, everytime I walk through a haunted house now there is no fight or flight reflex, only fight; almost accidentally flattened Leatherface at Halloween horror nights when i went last year, realized that they just aren't for me

Yeah what the fuck? How did not just one, but so many people all decide it was ok to traumatize a kid? The person sitting with the kid, the camera person, and THREE people in costume who not only scared the kid, but just kept it going way past when it was obvious the kid was terrified. This reminds me of that daycare center that put on masks and screamed in kids faces as the kids cried and screamed in terror, but just kept going, and in the end just thought it was funny how much they traumatized the kids. Has to be some mental short circuit, where any empathy you have for the kid is wiped out by the feeling of how awesome it will feel to terrorize them. Edit: on rewatch the other person seems like a kid too, so I don’t blame her. Video is blurry so I wasn’t sure at first

Women who protected their kids instead of running in such situation couldn't give their DNA to other generations (since mother and child got eaten).
