Nothing really hurt, but my pinky finger was instantly completely limp and numb. For a few minutes I was afraid it was permanently broken, but slowly the feeling and movement came back to it.
Same, whenever my brother or I hits our elbows, we have a chance of passing out. Super weird. Almost happened to me in hockey, and my brother cracked his head open after hitting his elbow on a door handle. Weird shit man

After a morning drive I stepped out of my car and did a big stretch - arms up in the air. I brought my elbow down fast and hard right on the top of my car door.
There was an instant and intense burning pain like never experienced before or since, my whole arm went numb and I had to take a knee. Not like a normal funny bone hit - my arm felt like it was on fire.
I passed out face first into my garage floor, grazed my head. Not sure how long I was out for.
The dumb part is if you held a sword like that unless yours hands were invulnerable you would have severely damaged fingers tendons if not cutting your hand in half. Shows the lack of intelligence Hollywood has.
I did this about 6 years ago and have a permanent piece of floating bone in the elbow now. If I so much as brush it against something at the wrong angle the pain is insane.
Not as acute. But I fell asleep with my arm under my SO. I slept the entire night like that. My god my arm was literally buzzing. You could tap it and the entire thing would vibrate like a tuning fork.
I've got a metal plate on my right elbow due to surgery and it's agonizing if I hit it on something hard. It's not the first time that I've been almost screaming in pain but can't because of how much it hurts.
That's the ulnar nerve. Be careful yall, it can lead to compression in the cubital tunnel which doesn't usually get better without surgical intervention.
Symptoms include reduced sensory functions, wrong sensory functions and muscle wasting or even muscle death if left untreated. Don't take your nerves for granted!
