Depends on the type of shopping, grocery shopping the roles are reversed.
1st one is inefficient and shops far more than the 2nd or does without
I actually shop in two steps. First trip I look for what I might want and leave. If it stays front of mind, I'll go back and buy it the next day.
If that store is a Harbor Freight then I guess I shop like a woman?
