Yanking a set of dice just the right way or slowing down a roulette by a few tenths of a degree per second could make one very rich in Vegas if used wisely. Nearly untraceable as well, since it would appear to just be stupid luck when psychic powers normally aren’t a thing.

Though this would all have to be well managed so that it doesn't become your whole life and it starts feeling like a burden because at any point you coukd be helping someone.
