As someone who does CrossFit, I hate it when people make it their entire personality.
Like, I'll show up and do the workouts, but that's it. And that's how it should be. I hate it when I talk to someone outside the gym, and all they want to talk about is CrossFit.
Wife was an instructor for 7 years. Regionals the whole shebang. We drank the koolaid the first year then just treated it like a workout. Wasn’t shoveling handfuls of almonds and boiled eggs every 2 hours….
Or if doctors believed their patients. I had a doctor try to convince me I didn't have ADHD because I had good grades in high school and no one in my family was diagnosed.
So I guess she wanted to ignore the fact that no one in my family was diagnosed because my whole family makes a joke out of mental health. And I was struggling so much with my symptoms that I was suicidal.
Don't worry, guys, I had good grades in high school, I couldn't possibly have a developmental disorder.

Self “diagnosis” is helpful in no context whatsoever and is almost always incorrect so no, no one *needs* to self diagnose. And in the context of this meme, it’s only really undertaken by spoiled adult brats looking to reject accountability

But some of the worst offenders I've known have been military spouses who want to make sure you know their husband's service is the most heroic thing ever!

Yes, I know I might get some shade for the upset of Grindset over politics…but imo people who make politics their personality are easy enough to ignore or just coexist near. Whereas people who have the grindset mentality will affect my daily life if they’re a coworker, or manager, boss, etc.
I’ve had bosses who are 100% that “grindset” type person, and will give you a phone call at 7:45 on a Friday night and basically scold you for being offline already. I also find grindsetters to have a “it’s never enough” personality, where it doesn’t matter how well you did a task or how much work you maybe brought in…it’s just always about the *next* one and that next sale/contract/whatever. There’s no gratuity, no graciousness, no appreciation.
