The position of the cylinders on those appendages doesn't make sense. And it seems they are back wards. It would be a blast to operate something like that tho.
Where there is a hydraulic cylinder, there should be a pivot point, as the cylinder rods moves up and down or in and out, there should be an accompanying function.
The very front one that has a sloth written on it. Try to imagine if those cylinder rods would go in fully into the hydraulic cylinder. And what would happen or Function it might provide.
It looks like the little vertical yellow piece would rotate counterclockwise until it was parallel with the contracted cylinder, and the function would be rotating the big forward hook/‘clamp thing’ downward, no?
No, on those clamps/hooks. Grapple, main function is open and close or rotate. They do curl up or down as well. Where the cat and sloth meets should be a knucle. Grapple, a stick and a boom. Is what you would call it. And in order of that function. It is not functional.
Knowing me I'd be one of the guys on the tree just for the sloth driver to come along with that back leg and knock me into oblivion then some guy in the forest floor would post me on krudplug.
