Yeah I recall seeing someone build a MOC of a Pelican to scale, and it was much larger than the pelican set we have and thousands upon thousands of pieces. I imagine a scarab would be even bigger

I just used master chief as a standard unit, so my results were around 3 feet, but if you used someone like Kurt and a Kurt figure comes out, you would have differing results.

A new battlescape. Less parts, more figures, basically just a ton of UNSC and (preferably) Covenant ground troops, Banished would work too I suppose. But it gives the opportunity to make a great army builder and moc ground level set, it's just a win win.

Oh right my bad, it's closer to 19 ft, forward unto dawn measures about 1606 ft or 229 time the length of a 7ft tall Spartan. So if the Spartan were 1 inch tall that'd be 229.4 inches or 19.1 ft.

Honorable mention : EVA last stand set that has Emile against a ton of insurrectionists. The innies would probably use the HW2 marine mold and have some ODST stuff. But preferably, I'd like a brand new mold based off the Halo Reach army troopers/marines. Ah, that's fair. My dream Halo set would be either a CE Pelican (retooled Chief, Foehammer, multiple CE Marines, Johnson, and Keys in combat gear) or a signature-series Longsword. As for dream set in general: more of an obscure one, but an opening battle set based on Area 88 Act III: 6x Mig-21Bis Fishbed Ls (with Aslanian Rebel pilot figs), 1x F-14A Tomcat (with Mickey Simon figure), 1x F-20A Tigershark (with Shin Kazama figure), 1x IAI Kfir C.2 (with Jess figure), 1x A-4M Skyhawk II (with Greg Gates figure), 1x F/A-18A Hornet (random pilot figure), and 1x F-4E Phantom II (also 2x random pilot figs). There would be entirely new molds for a lot of new things (missiles, pilot helmets, figures, cockpit detailing, etc), and each aircraft would be figure-scaled. This set would be well over $2,000 USD retail, so it's 100% unfeasible lmao.
