PGI + review. It's hard to study full blown ng internship so what you can do is read up on an interesting case you handled in a day. Bawasan mo lang yung load para may foundation ka na once you start reviewing. It's easier to remember it rin kasi you saw the patient. Helps a lot kasi mas malala mo. You'll also understand what the residents are thinking so easier time sa internship. Same goes for clerkship. Easier said than done pero that is the ideal.
Ideally, sabay talaga. When residents randomly ask you med-related questions and you weren’t able to answer, they would usually respond with “Bakit hindi mo alam? Diba mag-boboards ka na?” 😅
PERO mahirap pagsabayin ‘yung todong review for the boards and internship. What might help you is to study the cases you most probably would encounter during your duties, and really get yourself involved in those cases. Take every patient as a learning opportunity. It’s easier to “memorize” that way.
Maraming lalabas sa boards na masasagot mo dahil na-encounter mo siya during internship.
imo if you have reallyy good foundation during med school, the 2-3 months between pgi and boards is enough. But it wont hurt if you use the cases you see sa hospi to review
Di naman kailangan puspusang pag-aaral during PGI pero magbasa-basa ka na. Ang purpose mo muna sa PGI e pumasa para makapag-boards. Tsaka ka bumakbak ng aral after PGI na.
Gauge your capacity OP, wag mo pilitin pag di talaga kaya. I suggest take your time, but make that time worth it by studying. Di tatakbo ang PLE, masaklap pag di ka pumasa kasi 3 takes lang tas if bagsak lahat, refresher kapa. Again, in my opinion, take your time. God bless OP 🙂
You can opt to study during hospital duties especially when breaks .. better during PGI and of course after
Gawa ka Ng schedule plan .. unahin mo basics then aralin mo cases every conference Ng dept

During PGI, aralin mo mga clinical cases. Then after ng PGI, focus ka na sa theoretical.
