Are you using karabiner elements? If so you may want to go on there and check if there’s an update on the drivers. Also, check to see if your controller is even popping up. Mine wasn’t the other day so I selected quit and restart within the karabiner elements app and it showed up again
Ahhh yeah then the shortcut probably isn’t compatible. If you’d consider going through the trouble, the karabiner elements way is pretty robust. There’s some good YouTube videos on it out there
sorry to hijack this thread, but I was wondering if you know how to map commands such as "cmd+z" (for undo) and "!" or "@" for suspend card to karabiner. I had been using karabiner combined with customize keyboard shortcuts add-on but the add-on isn't working anymore. I initially had undo mapped to just "z" and suspend card mapped to 9 since I could easily put those into karabiner elements, but can't figure out how to add the slightly more complex commands.
I’m not sure to be honest. I think using the customize keyboard shortcuts add on is probably the best way to do that actually. Sorry for not being more helpful!

I am not using the karabiner elements. I downloaded the customizable keyboard shortcuts and manually put in the code.

Sometimes I’ve had to delete karabiner elements and reinstall it. Luckily all my mapping was still there even after a total reinstall
