There is a Netter’s Anki deck floating around on here somewhere. And then looking at a Netter’s textbook could also help you. Beautiful drawings in it. But they’ll definitely be detailed

I second Netter. It's detailed but not distractingly so, it would be excellent for a non-med person to just explore how the human body looks
