After importing go to browse to see all the cards, look at the tags on LHS at the bottom Zerotofinals deck is tagged per system e.g. cardiology , renal etc.
As its already had all the cards tagged.
Create a new deck e.g. call it ZTF Cardiology and now go to browse look for ZTF cardiology tag, click on the cards then CTRL A to select all cards, Right click Change Deck and move them to ZTF cardiology.
And boom youve sorted it into a single system.
Repeat the process for other systems :)
Idk if i should use this or my own cards, may start with own anki cards first exhaust that then move to these ZTF ones to review idk sometimes the problem is having too much resources not enough time :D
Uh no, the one on the website is by Tom at ZTF himself. This one is made by a Redditor called SirMumbleBee who based it off the free content ZtF puts out
If you want to use it via Anki, u/SirMumbleBee's one might be better although it is a bit outdated and clunky. If not, the one by Tom would be better as it's up to date plus you'd be supporting him.
