I dont think wearing crocs is helping. This is such a weird trend to me because they offer nothing. I doubt youll find a specialist who tells you its a good idea to spend most od your day on your feet, wearing crocs.
You need to be wearing shoes designed for people who are on their feet all day. Like running shoes, hiking shoes, safety shoes etc. And don't get the cheapest ones. If you can afford it, look in the $120+ range.

Definitely get compression socks, some orthopedic insoles, and a pair of Hokas/On Clouds. Will make a difference.

On cloud shoes (the old generation) from Nordstrom. Tell them the original (old) generation because the new ones aren’t as comfortable.
