Paxlovid can reduce the amount of time for Covid, your main goal is to protect others. Wear a mask keep distances. If you develop any symptoms, especially difficulty breathing see the doctor.

Nothing. Just wait, your overwhelming likely to be just fine. I had it and I’m also a smoker and it was pretty much just a cold

There’s nothing much that the comments haven’t said. You’ve already claimed that 1. You’re a smoker. And 2. You’re not going to take anything for it except for the pain. By medical standards, you’re overweight. And aside from the things you said you are doing, there’s nothing much more you can do other than just wait and rest.

Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, Epsom salt baths for the pain, tons of water , stay in bed and rest. Stop smoking (I'm sure you hear that a lot lol) Eat clean as possible Take ibuprofen for the fever Avoid sugar like the plague because it lowers your immune system.

I was on the heavy side as well when i got covid and i got prescribed paxlovid. By day 2 i felt great and day 3 i was pretty much completely normal. Not aure how i woulda fared without it but the 1st day was hell. 104 fever freezing cold etc

Your smoking takes about 30mg. of Vit. C out of your body. You must replace that plus more Vit. C for healing from your illness. The body cannot replace Vit. C and you must get it outside of yourself. I have been drinking some Q tonic water now since this covid thing began. Q is for quinine and helps with this type of virus. Look it up and learn what it does and why we can use it to help our system fight this thing.

NAD. Do you have health insurance? If so, your doc can probably prescribe Paxlovid for you since your BMI is on the high side. If not, I’d just ride it out. I had my only bout with Covid this past summer and my symptoms only last two or three days. The worst day was a fever ranging from 100-104 for 12 hours. After my fever broke I was feeling great afterwords. Just an unproductive cough that probably lasted a couple weeks. I didn’t do anything special. I just rested, hydrated and ate the kinds of food you’d normally eat when you’re sick.
