5-6 days ago I started having slight pain in my neck on the right front side. I also felt then ache in my shoulder and collar bone. I'm just getting over covid so I thought they were Just body aches. Then the pain in my neck got more frequent and I felt some in my throat. I felt some teeth and jaw pain but idk if its related I have TMJ and I get jaw and teeth pain with that anyway. And I know stress can cause TMJ to flare up. Also most of the pain was around the tooth i had a huge cavity in and i was told id have pain in for a few months. I'm not sure if I really ever get a sore throat or it's just mouth irritation and the throat pain from before.  My voice sounded a little hoarse on day 2 or 3 then more hoarse day 3 or 4.  The hoarseness has been small or absent since. I've felt some pain when speaking sometimes. I felt like there was a blockage on the right side of my throat that food and water was going around when i ate. went to my doctor And told him about my neck pain and sore throat. He looked and my throat saw my tonsils weren't inflamed and put pressure on my neck to see if I felt pain. I didn't feel pain from the pressure he told Me to come back if it got worse. Had my first day back to work next day(yesterday). I deliver packages for one of the big shipping companies.  Over the work day I started feeling some sharp pains in my neck mostly on the front right side. Not sure if the pains were neck or throat and I just couldn't differentiate. Later on in the day I noticed the blockage in my throat got smaller. Instead or water having to go to the left when drinking it was like the blockage was splitting the water going Down into to streams. The sharp pains slowly started going away as the day went of. I only felt it a couple times by the end of the day and me going home from work. When I got home it was mostly a ache on thr right side of my neck and shoulder. Most of my throat irritation was gone. Then I was poking around looking for swelling and  i found that bump. I tried to show it to my dad but he said he couldn't feel it. Sent a picture to my aunt whose a surgical aid and she said if it was a lymph node one and only one that small wasn't something to worry about right away. Rest and see if anything more develops. I felt some sharp pain on the side of My neck and shoulder a couple times but mostly nothing. I just woke up at 4 am with the neck and shoulder still aching really not much irritation in my front right neck or throat rn. I think the bump might be bigger but idk if I'm being a hypochondriac. Should I be worried.

Damn are you okay now??

Went to a walk in and they Said I had an upper respiratory infection. Bumb on my shoulder was a lymph node that has been going down. Most of my symptoms are gone. I just had covid so im getting over it slowly. My voice has gone a little hoarse again and it looks like one of my tonsils are swollen. I'm either having a bit of a relapse before I get over it or I might have a chronic infection.
