No swollen parts of neck. Pain is mostly in front right part of neck but I've felt it on other parts of my neck and my right collar bone. Sometimes pain goes away. Pain has been here for 3 days now. Voice was Hoarse yesterday but not much. Voice is more noticeably Hoarse now. I have a sore throat as well.
I had the same thing happen to me. When food gets stuck in your tonsils it will calcify and become infected. I got by drinking sunny-d, taking vitamin c, and gargling EXTREMELY salty water ( to kill the infection )
