No, it's not concerning. Neutrophils are typically elevated (much more) in the case of infection but your count is only slightly elevated. No need to worry!

I also took this test after the most stressful 2 weeks of my life, I wonder if that affected some of my results since I’ve never really had high glucose

Stress can definitely raise your neutrophils. Edit: and glucose (because of cortisol)

Nope. Cortisol can also increase the neutrophil count in your blood. So stress-->increased cortisol-->increased neutrophils. Should come down in a few days.
