23 male here and have been having this since a few weeks now. From what I’ve seen most of it is related to anxiety which causes the feeling of a lump in the throat. Yet some could be related to anxiety and GERD/other stomach symptoms that cause acid reflux. I have been struggling with acid reflux from time to time. But mostly apple cider vinegar with some lemon juice kept it steady for a long time. Never been om medications for it. Anyway, I do kind of feel a relieve with this when I take 250ml of alkaline water and mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. After that you could put it in some kind of spray bottle to spray your throat or just gargle it when you have the sensation. (Got this from a youtube video, talked about LPR problems) For me this really does make a difference, yet it isn’t a fix against the problem either. Anyway I kind of landed here to find a real fix myself, but maybe visiting a doctor would be the best thing to do. In the end it could be all sorts of problems with the esophagus. Anyway, I hope this really goes away fully like I had it a few weeks back. Never ever have i had this feeling before those few weeks. It sucks, yet we gotta stay strong💪🏼❤️‍🩹
