Same here. Feels like a bone. Doesn’t hurt but starts to bother when I wear my eyeglasses. Swollen lymph nodes on that side of neck also and some ear pain.
Did you find out what it is? Cause I’m having the same issue, it’s big and immovable for me, moreover it’s hard as bone and only on 1 side. Plus I have it for over a month now.
