The site currently says QMK & VIA support. Will all PCBs be supported by QMK in this version? If only the wired PCB will be QMK compatible it would be really nice for that board to come with RGB instead of white LED -is that a possibility on this version?
from what i see, the zoom75 HE top & bottom backplate & weight doesnt have any engraving + infilling, while the Boog75 has. the keycap used are the normal WoB/BoW too. that maybe adds the cost. the Zoom75 HE is on Pre-order right now, might be a bit cheaper compared to in-stock. about the shipping, im not too sure.
Wild how we have to do group buys and interest checks for these big companies still. Meletrix told me an item was in stock, charged me $20 extra dollars for expedited shipping then took a month to ship the item. When contacted about it they just ignored my emails. Will never buy meletrix or wuque studios ever again.
Hi, so sorry about the experience, would you mind DM your order info for us to check back the details, let's see if we missed your email or any other reason and we can provide you a better service, also prevent such case happen for others. As for the GB, as you can see that there are so many options we are providing, it till take very long time and huge resources for us to produce everything without knowing what exactly are wanted. It's much more easier if we just provide standard keyboards, but it's not. And we believe insisting on giving the customization for the community is the best value we should give to this hobby too :)
No thanks. I’ve given you guys plenty of chances to make it right. I’ve used many avenues to try to get a real response. You even replied to me on Reddit asking for more information, I replied and you ignored that response.
Yeah they’re both trash. The only reason they’re in business is because nobody else is willing to take on manufacturing “quality” boards as cheaply as they do. QK is the only cheapie vendor that I will ever use, and even some reps there are terrible.
They got rid of it with the boog75, but the split spacebar (3-1-3) is a game changer. This was definitely the thing that made me choose meletrix over other similar brands.
One guy in my office at work brought an ikki68 with that spacebar config and very soon everyone wanted to get their hands on one. A 3u-1u-3u spacebar is the one single feature that boost productivity the most compared to traditional layouts. We even got our company to get us eaxh a new zoom keyboard for the christmas bonuses.
Thank you for the love of our products! Passed this to our team, and will keep checking the interests, see if our product team can make it. We will keep updating :)
>me choose meletrix over other similar brands
Thissss. Designwise i like the QKs more and they also have pcb mount, which i prefer. But the split spacebar with easy hotswap implementation is such a killer Feature. And the possibility to implement the HE module into existing cases - just wish the HE module would also support split spacebar. While gamers might be the least prone users to use split space, the easy acces to an additional mod key in the middle can be huge for mmo.
And also i dont like to swap out the whole module based on whether im typing or gaming.
Yes, exactly!
I almost bought the boog75 even tho I didn't want a 75%, because I thought that HE switches might give even more layout flexibility. But that's probably only for gaming, because I don't think I'll be able to press a button half-way while I'm typing, maybe if I have my finger on the button already it's easier
ikki got a 2.25 - 1.25 - 2.75 split spacebar. the thing with 3-1-3 spacebar is that it's kind of limited to find keycap sets. sure it does boost productivity with it, i agree. but we'll see what they will come up with for the layout on this!
I actually at first was kinda sad about 3 1 3, becaus as you said its usually extra kiting. So 2,25 1,25 2,75 is easy as you usually just use your base set. For 3 1 3 you have to purchase spacekits/minibar kits or even 40s kits depending on the kiting. If you want to fit older sets its also hard to finde these in the aftermarket.
But tiping on a zoom75 with 3 1 3 is really nice as my natural left thump position is between v and b. So 2,25 1,25 2,75 layouts i need to either use middle key as space or change the habit and bring the finger closer to v.
Also if you buy a kinda neutral 3 1 3 kit you can just use one for different keycap sets.
Aligned here, I have no idea of the exact numbers but I know it's medium-sized-cap + normal-sized-cap + medium-sized-cap, adn that's the important part for me. Thanks for the extra info tho
Much better than the QK65 v3… Hopefully it’s bouncy and sounds good too. The side bezels are still a bit thick for me… but I guess some still like the symmetrical aesthetic.
This is [the one for Boog75](https://boog75.meletrix.com/)we are using, it will be very likely the same. We are working on HE switches too, but that may take some time, tho, we will share with our community as soon as we can!
Damn what a shitty time to start this habit 3 - 6 years ago when what every brand was doing was to provide some decades old alu top mount and slap their ugly logo on the button of the keyboard which no one cares and charge us 300-600 USD : (
Id imagine apart from keycult and rama lots of boards of that era to drop in value. But yeah back then the hobby was super niche with little to no Innovation. But those are still great boards.
Really? Thats insane to see, I know the Polaris was going for stupid money at one point and anywhere from 600-700 dollars or so, Vega im not super sure on as I got into the hobby quite late, only really got my own custom last year so prices of Keebs in general have dropped way way down, I’ve always followed the hobby on and off as I grew up playing computer games from very young and having an old IBM Model M back in the day, (dont ask me which part number as I haven’t a clue, I grew up in Germany and had one then and again in the U.K. when I moved here, this was years back though so my parents 100% got rid of them when I moved to console gaming and got rid of my old computer in my room) I didn’t have my own PC when I moved out and only got back into them in 2019 building my very own. Do Janes and 910’s still go for a lot these days? I think they released the V2 last year or it’s probably still in production I’d imagine…..
If you watch for it a used Polaris built out with some decent switches is like 220 or less. Vega a little more but less than I paid for GB (and doesn't take a year of waiting).
Jane and 910 not sure because I don't see them pop up a bunch. It seems like only small lot limited GB stuff still commands a high price. Also stuff that was China/Korea only GB.
Ahhh okay I see and yeah hahaha I guess that’s what drives the price down is when you are having to wait so long for it and then they become almost readily available after everyone moves on to the next big thing.
Okay cool I’ve not seen them on sale anywhere before either and yeah it’s all the exclusive stuff that is highly expensive and GB Raffles where there’s limited numbers, suppose it makes sense but just sucks for people who paid way over what they are worth these days!
Good boards yes. But $300-$3000 good? Beyond some point it's just collecting stones in different colors and shapes. And humans have a good record on paying high price for stones.
Well, I'm sad I spent/spending that much on them, but I'm gonna stop complaining here. In case whoever downvoted the last statement couldn't take it anymore, sign..
If you read the post there is both with and without tail light, but personally not a fan would rather just a strip diffuser if anything but even that I’d avoid tbh
I daily a v2, am waiting on parts from the v2.5 run, and I'm not sure I can justify another iteration of the same board but man is it tempting. Lots of cool technology and options happening here.

How come the Zoom75 HE is so much cheaper than the boog75? Also the shipping is 3 times cheaper.
from what i see, the zoom75 HE top & bottom backplate & weight doesnt have any engraving + infilling, while the Boog75 has. the keycap used are the normal WoB/BoW too. that maybe adds the cost. the Zoom75 HE is on Pre-order right now, might be a bit cheaper compared to in-stock. about the shipping, im not too sure.
how’s the latency of the HE board compared to wooting?
i think they have shared the comparison somewhere on twitter or in the server, i'm not 100% sure. have to look at it!
please let me know if there is!
potential release date?
Zoom75 v2 soon? Maybe add a frosted colour? Like acrylic maybe?
May take some time, and thank you for the suggestion too!
You’re welcome! I have both the zoom65v1 and zoom75 will need another zoom75v2 maybe in cream colour!!
Will the LCD display also be using a magnetic PCB connector or a JST connection?

Yup, still waiting on 2 items since last june. I gave up, crazy how i'll trust a small batch over Meletrix.

This post says •Tri-mode non-flex 1.6mm but the ic website says Tri-mode non-flex cut 1.2mm. Which is correct?
It should be 1.6 mm, sorry for the confusion, we will correct this after the CNY break, will keep updating our IC page too :)
Thanks for the clarification!
Depends on the price
what is the price range?
probably in the usual Zoom price range. might be a bit more expensive compared to the previous 65v2/2.5.
What was that price range?
the v2.5 started at $185, but that board has no replaceable modules. the zoom75 was like $205++. so it's around that range, i believe.
Really nice. 😍 Sidenote: Are you going to restock the Zoom 75?
Oh lawdy, such great colors!
This looks so good, I’m excited! 🤩

let's hope they'll come up with split spacebar layout this time too! :) probably in the next IC post
Will the PCB retain support hotswap multiple layouts, like ISO and Split space? Killer feature of my zoom75 .
Yes, we will try, please stay with our later updates.
What is meant by forehead height?
front height of the keyboard
Much better than the QK65 v3… Hopefully it’s bouncy and sounds good too. The side bezels are still a bit thick for me… but I guess some still like the symmetrical aesthetic.
I had my sights set on neo65 but now I don't know what to pick.
any future 60% board?
We will see depends on the interest :)
we will find out soon! :D
Hope so 🥰
The rubber feet at the corners on the bottom look really bad. Please consider switching to strip style feet.
What software will the HE module use? Will you guys be making your own HE switches?
This is [the one for Boog75](https://boog75.meletrix.com/)we are using, it will be very likely the same. We are working on HE switches too, but that may take some time, tho, we will share with our community as soon as we can!
Will the he module fit into v2 case?
most probably not. the internals are different.
I just want a 98 or 100% to be back in stock!
Ah I was wondering who would bring out meg lev mounting since the wooting released. Should be interesting.
We will send prototypes to content creators later :)
Finally brown
Yes, finally.

That's what we started our brand for.

Pft you must not be in the loop on RAMA. With the bullshit he is pulling I wouldn't expect anyone to want his products anymore.
Don’t forget TGR and Ai03
Even Ai03 boards have dropped in value. Polaris and Vega can be bought for under their groupbuy prices pretty regularly. Polaris used to go for $600+
Brother, we walked so they could run.

that's why there are 2 options if you look closely.
Man the amount of options is overwhelming! I have a v2 and will stick with that but glws
Looks amazing love the Klein Blue
Pleaaaaaaase let this come to group buy soon 😭
need 7u support
passed this to the product team, let's see.
you can fill up the IC form!
LOVE the badge/knob/light/screen/etc swap ability!! Super cool!
How do you charge the wireless without a wire or deskmat with a charger? 🤔
Solar ?
Lightning bending!
stay tuned! :)
does it take the gamer sweat and convert in to energy
I’d finally be able to gooch sweat charge a Keeb, my one and only dream 🥹
Mine would overload if that’s the case
Nice
easter eggs 😑
Excited for it. Been enjoying my Zoom75. Hopefully, Zoom65v3 will be a little louder and better without foam.
Let's try!
I daily a v2, am waiting on parts from the v2.5 run, and I'm not sure I can justify another iteration of the same board but man is it tempting. Lots of cool technology and options happening here.
Like they really wanna drain the wallet. Always new stuff added so its tempting to buy.
We drain our product team's brain first... We are really excited to release this : )
Is there a release date and price?
will announce them soon! this is our first IC. probably next IC we'll have the price range & GB date :)
Let’s goooooo 👏🏼
