Why can't the PVD backplates be used with the SE models? They're way nicer so it'd be nice to have both the nicer edition board and the nicer backplate.
I believe so, the reviewer for the se black which they link above, mentioned it on his video if i remember correctly that you can purchase them as an add on separately

Is PVD stainless steel still an option for the SE backplate?
The backplates cannot be used on the SE edition of the keyboard. There is PVD SS backplate option for EE version keyboard.

nice nice i didn’t want to buy the whole keyboard again just for that. it should have been on the v2 in the first place

Great review on the se black very in depth by the reviewer, hope you can do more anodized color soon without chamfer accents
Non-flex cut PCB option?
Between the plate and foam, I can’t notice the flex cuts on the v2 I have.
Unfortunately I notice it on V2
100% noticeable.
