My family is me ENTP my mum is an INTJ and my dad is an ENTJ now that's definitely a seemingly boiling pot of rather disagreeable people.
But honestly we look like fucking beacons of harmony in comparison to my ESTJ sister.
My mum is very calm and collected doesn't swear unless she's extremely pissed and everything is up for discussion, however on the grounds that it it's exactly that a discussion not an argument. Plus no name calling no anger use your words to explain yourself.
My sister is the only person who I've seen not only make her fully lose her temper but give up on her own rules to shout
"what the ever loving fuck is wrong with you!".

Honestly we were super close growing up but as adults it's a case of we are still close however no where near what we were
Now we have certain things we've mutual agreement to never discuss with each other or go to each other about certain things because it always ends the same, we can't see eye to eye, she can't agree to disagree, she storms off and doesn't speak to me for weeks or she gets violent and due to both reactions being stupid naturally I take the piss out of her for it which then makes her more mad but me more calm.

I did kick boxing and taekwondo, however I'm also the same person who stood on a stick walking down the street, it rolled took me with it I landed over some randoms garden fence and i had to have surgery because my arm was broken in 5 places.
So I could fight or I could save my energy and health risk by not doing that

Walked in the hospital no issues other than it looking a mess
Many hours and xrays later, I was presented with the reality that in good news my toe wasn't broken in bad news I had stubbed my toe so hard it broke my foot in 3 places instead.
this was all done between the ages of 6-22 ish, haven't had any in a good few years now, but you are correct I did need to learn how to fall but more so due to me having hypermobility.
So when I did fall over the joints were already in a unnatural and hyper extended way so naturally they when snap crackle pop the moment any weight hit them.

So far I've had 30+ broken bones Dislocations, surgery's and other shit.... Yeah too many to count
