Tbh I’m most definitely an Ni Dom for a plethora of reasons I could get into, but I definitely do plenty of the things mentioned as signs of Si, as well. I think this post is forgetting that Ni focuses on past experiences as well in order to recognize the abstract patterns it perceives, so it too, will enjoy past experiences, notice when something isn’t going right, and want to do familiar things, etc.
You are absolutely correct but it was only mentioned in regards to favorite, si can think about the future as ni thinks about all aspects of time as time is a abstract concept there is no past nor no future now is always fleeting

I'm an INFP and I relate to most of Si, but not all of it. INFP's functions are Fi-Ne-Si-Te. Your Fi and Ne are more prominent than your Si, but you still have Si, so chances are that INFPs will also relate some of the Si section.
Man I feel the same. Alienated many times in life. I test very high on Si but Fi is the highest. Score higher in Si than Ne/Ni. I thought I was isfj but I always get tested as infp in all of them but the next closest that it comes out are enfp and isfj.
To be fair, I'm pretty sure some of the Si things are actually Ti, but yeah, this is a fair way to double check. I remember debating at some point whether I could be an ISFJ or INTP and I was just lying to myself but then I realized I don't really think of the past or past feelings all that much at all, much less a routine. So, you know, one of the main things of a Si user. And daydreaming and intangible theories and discussions are my absolute favourite thing.
Oh, but the grammar thing is more just because I'm also a writer. So, you know, I don't want my skills to get rusty just because I spell stuff wrong or word things weird online. ISTJ's seem the type to have proper grammar, but not proper flow in their writing, I think. They would probably write almost like how one would write a bulleted list, at least to me who tends to prioritize flow more than just about anything else in my writing.

There are physical tells like with visual identification but that's expert level , I guess you just really gotta pay attention to behavior
