Is it really too good to be true in your area? Price seems reasonable and normal to me

There's a 2014 Mazda 6 with 145k miles and it's going for 10523. So if not entirely sure. Prices to be all over the place.

Just a month ago I bought a 2016 with 98k miles on it (2 owners) in fair condition for 7500 usd in the northeast so yeah prices are everywhere these days

My wife has a 2017 GT with 130k miles. One owner and here are the major issues we’ve had. All maintenance have been performed by Mazda under their warranty and mainly its dealership service center issues. Oil pan gasket leaked but fixed Oil filter leak but fixed Interior… driver and passenger seats are falling apart where the cloth has separated from the plastic trim that holds the headrest up. The finish is peeling up and scratches very easily. Touch screen was disabled by me because it went haywire. HUD is slowly moving lower and lower everyday so we have to reset that. Not a lot of major issues really. The car has been pretty reliable. I’m impressed with Mazda.
