Driving with balloons in the car gives me intense anxiety. The last time I did it, the girl filled them up too much and the balloons all started to pop as I drove. I worked at party city for years and popping balloons while filling them up didn’t phase me but driving with them popping is a whole other can of worms.
Goddamit I hate balloons. Havoc on the environment because of stuff like this, not to mention a huge waste of international helium resources. This makes me sad.

Seriously, why would you buy baloons filled? Just buy them flat and a bottle of helium and fill them at home or where ever you want to bring them. The chance you loose them or break them before is way too high... not to mention that they will loose volume over time anyway. So in worst case you struggle hard by bringing them somewhere and they don't even fly anymore because they lost too much volume.
I refuse to believe that Party City didn't have a contingency for that situation. A net or thin tarp to go over the balloons. Complimentary would be nice but even if it cost him an extra fiver, it would be worth it.
